Agreement between AEROCENTRO VARESINO S.r.l. and the CLIENT for the purchase of the reproduction rights of photocolors from the PUBBLI AER FOTO archive. GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS.

1) 1) On customer request, AEROCENTRO VARESINO shall send for evaluation till _____ the following listed photocolors. All expenses related to the two ways tranport are on customer's charge..

2) After making the choice, the CLIENT has to immediately return the discarded photocolors and decide, accordingly to AEROCENTRO VARESINO, the date of restitution for the chosen ones.

3) The discarded photocolors extracted from their cover will be considered the same way of the published ones, and the client will have to pay for them.

4) In case of loss or lack of restitution of photocolors, AEROCENTRO VARESINO will invoice the equivalent sum for three reproductions.

5) Every single image can be published only once.

6) The CLIENT will have to agree time by time the re-use rights for reprints or new publications.

7) The credit nearby each published image will be "Pubbli Aer Foto/Aerocentro Varesino".

8) Any lack of credit will allow AEROCENTRO VARESINO to invoice the image again.

9) The signature upon the present general sale conditons or, in lack of this, the request to send one or more images, constitutes acceptance of said general sales conditions.
